MPPA Seminar nears

MPPA’s MPOY Seminar is February 29, March 1 and 2 at the Sheraton Lansing Hotel in Lansing. Friday’s activities include Single categories are judged followed by the Finalist Multimedia Judging and wrapping up with an informal pizza gathering with student portfolio reviews.

Saturday starts with portfolios, picture stories and Barry Edmonds entries. At 6 p.m. there is a cocktail hour followed by dinner at 7. pm.
David Stephenson speaks at 8 p.m. and closing the night with MPOY awards ceremony.

On Sunday there are coffee and doughnuts with the presentation by Sue Morrow at 10 a.m. There will be a MPPA membership business
meeting after Sue followed by Chad Stevens presentation.

Please remember MPPA treasurer Jeff Schrier must receive your pre-registration forms by Monday, February 25, 2008, to ensure your banquet meal Saturday night. The MPPA must commit in advance to a specific number of dinners. If you don’t pre-register, you won’t be able to attend the banquet.
